What We Are

Monster Medics is an educational certification preparation platform designed to help students study for and prepare to take the NREMT cognitive exam and related EMT certifications.

What We Are Not

  • Monster Medics is not affiliated with, endorsed by, approved by, or in any way connected to the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT).
  • Monster Medics is not an accredited EMT training program and does not satisfy the clinical, practical, or didactic requirements for initial EMT certification.
  • Monster Medics is not a substitute for official, state-approved EMT training programs. Completion of Monster Medics coursework does not qualify you to sit for any licensing exam unless you have also completed all required training through an accredited program.
  • Monster Medics is not a licensed medical provider. No content on this platform constitutes medical advice.
  • Monster Medics content does not replace your local EMS protocols or standing orders. Always defer to the protocols and medical direction of your jurisdiction.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

No Liability for Exam Outcomes

Monster Medics makes no guarantee that use of this platform will result in passing any certification exam. We are not liable for exam failure, certification denial, or any consequence thereof.

No Liability for AI Content

We are not liable for any harm, loss, or damage arising from reliance on AI-generated or AI-assisted content provided on this platform.

Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Monster Medic LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this platform shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Monster Medics in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

In no event shall Monster Medics be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability, even if Monster Medics has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

  • Monster Medics reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
  • Institutional accounts are governed by a separate written agreement. Institutional access does not transfer ownership of any content to the institution.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree to use this platform only for lawful, personal study purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Sharing, reproducing, or distributing any course content in any form without prior written authorization.
  • Screen recording, downloading, scraping, or automated extraction of any platform content.
  • Displaying or playing platform content in a classroom, training room, or group setting without either a valid Instructor Account or prior written authorization from Monster Medic LLC.
  • Using platform content in competing products, training curricula, or commercial applications without a written license agreement.
  • Impersonating another user or attempting to access another user's account.
  • Cheating, falsifying completion data, or misrepresenting exam results.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including but not limited to video lessons, audio recordings, written materials, graphics, question banks, assessments, course structure, and software — is the exclusive property of Monster Medic LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

  • No reproduction: You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any platform content without prior written permission from Monster Medic LLC.
  • No redistribution: Redistribution of content — digital or print, paid or free — without written authorization constitutes a violation of these Terms and applicable law.
  • No commercial use: Platform content may not be used in any commercial product, training program, or institutional curriculum without a written license agreement.
  • Institutional licenses: Institutional licenses grant limited, non-exclusive access rights as defined in a separate written agreement. They do not transfer ownership of any content to the institution.
  • DMCA: Unauthorized use of Monster Medics content may result in DMCA takedown notices and legal action.
  • Exception: Sharing your Monster Medics certificate of completion is explicitly permitted and encouraged.

11. Payment & Refunds

All course purchases are processed through our secure third-party payment processor. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

Refund eligibility is determined at the time of purchase and will be clearly disclosed during checkout. Monster Medics reserves the right to deny refunds for accounts found to be in violation of these Terms.

Monster Medics offers a Pass Guarantee program. The Pass Guarantee is governed by a separate policy document linked at checkout and on our website. Pass Guarantee eligibility requirements, conditions, and limitations are fully described in that document.

12. Third-Party Services & Links

This platform may contain links to third-party websites, resources, or services including but not limited to NREMT, state EMS offices, and reference materials. These links are provided for informational purposes only.

  • Monster Medics does not control third-party content and is not responsible for its accuracy, completeness, or availability.
  • Linking to a third-party site does not constitute endorsement of that site or its content.
  • Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
